Saona Crusoe VIP – Take It!

Tuesday, December 6th, 2011

Emma Roberts: Pirates of the Caribbean Premiere Fashion - Is All ...If you find yourself in the Dominican Republic, especially in Punta Cana or Bayahibe (or anywhere near these 2 places), I highly recommend you take this Saona Tour. Alex and Marion make this tour to Saona extra special. There is no other tour company in the Dominican Republic that actually takes people into the village of Mano Juan on Saona. This is a very tiny village or maybe 200-300 people only. The people of this village have a very special bond with Alex and Marion and it truly shows as you are touring around. You are also treated to a very nice lunch prepared by the islanders in a traditional Dominican way. You have time to explore a private Saona beach called Canto de la Playa and on the way to Saona they treat you to several nice stops in the National Park to view wildlife and see the giant starfish!

The Benefits of Going over Car Rentals Reviews

Wednesday, November 9th, 2011

It is always wise to compare the rates and services of car rentals providers. Many people are not that aware about the advantages of reviews. Looking into various reviews is quite important since it will make you come up with better options – and eventually more informed decision.

With the numerous providers nowadays, it is always advisable to select the best out of them. Providers will also make it a point that they can provide the best service so as to receive better feedback and higher stars for the review. Comparing for the rental rates through reviews can also lead you to some valuable savings.

Due to the high demands of these services, higher rates are the natural consequence. However, prices should not only be the factor that you should base your decision on. You should also look for the quality of the services that these car rentals firms provide – and don’t forget to check out any fees or hidden costs before you finalize your booking.

Lessons Learnt by Starting a Company

Monday, September 26th, 2011

Before I decided to start my own business I had no idea what I was getting myself into – in fact, I did not even know that I could have a business by doing what I was doing, writing travel blogs was merely just a hobby to me, a way to stay connected to my family.

But then when I realized that people were actually making money from it – I thought why not, I am doing it already anyway so I might as well see what they are all talking about.

So I decided to start my own business, and I did all the fun parts first. I designed my business cards, I bought all the gear that I needed and I got connected to other travel blogs who were doing the same things.

And then after a while I could not avoid the paper work any longer.

That is when I realized that it is a whole new thing, that no matter how hard you study at school, unless you already know that you will start your own business, this is something they do not teach you at all.

I have brought home stacks of books to read through, signed myself up on all courses available to learn everything you need to know, because I wil not fail.

I have realized more and more how this is something I want to do, so I will not let some dirty old books get in the way, I will learn everything it takes for me to start up my own business and keep it running without any problems.

I also find a huge pleasure and satisfaction in knowing that I am doing and learning something new, something that nobody I know has done.

I know that hundreds of thousands of people start new businesses every day, but in my social circle that is a rarity, so maybe I can show the way.

Finding Positions Abroad Successfully

Sunday, February 27th, 2011

Before moving to a country abroad researching the area would be a very god idea. To be successful in your mission to move abroad and settle there happily for a long period of time then you should try to acquire knowledge of the country and the work you are applying. While moving abroad you should learn English. English is a primary language and people in most of the countries speak and understand English.

The internet can help you find information about any country you wish to move. You can also find a suitable job through the various sites through the web. If you are relying on agents for finding work make sure that they are licensed. Unauthorised agents would charge exorbitant fees and would not provide services as promised or the jobs that you are looking for. They may promise you to find a good job or a good J1 Program but would fail to do the same. At times people end up in the wrong job through agents who cheat the customers.

The Best Vacations I Spent in My Life

Thursday, October 7th, 2010

The school days of my kids were nearing the end and summer vacations were soon to begin. We planned to go to the Prince Edward Island. My husband took all the necessary details of the tourism from its website. My kids were very excited. When we went to the travel agent, we realized that our passports had expired the last month. All of us had to go through the passport renewal procedure. Since we didn’t have much time now and wanted to make the most out of these vacations, we rushed to the renew passports post office. The man guided us, as to what we had to do and we told him that we needed it to be done on an urgent basis. We had planned to leave our home town at the very start of the vacations and return during the last days. Unfortunately, due to the passport crisis, we couldn’t move according to our plan, but we left in the middle of the vacations and returned in the end. We had the most fun in these vacations.

Essential Clothes For Backpacking

Tuesday, August 24th, 2010

For a backpacking in Europe, packing light is strongly recommended. There are specific clothing types which are advisable to bring for such an adventure. Start off with 2 pairs of your pants. Bring the ones with a lot of pockets; these will be very helpful for easy to access storage when youre on the road. Pants which zip off to shorts are good with regards to decreasing weight. However, you could also bring one pair of shorts. Pack 2-3 shirts and a couple of sweatshirts or shirts with long sleeves. You would probably purchase more shirts along your trip; so you need not worry about not having enough. It would also be a great idea to pack t-shirts with famous logo for trading with other backpackers youll meet along your trip. Remember to bring 3-4 pairs of underwear, something you could sleep in and one swimsuit. Also bring with you a comfy pair of hiking shoes, flip flops or sandals and shoes with open toes.

Should I Backpack In Europe Solo?

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

This is one of the most common questions that gets asked by people who want to go backpacking in europe. It’s very much down to the individual and what they are used to but if I was to generalise I would say that there is no problem doing this whatsoever.

Europe is a very sociable place and chances are that you wouldn’t be backpacking solo for very long at all. There are loads of places to potentially meet someone such as hostels, aeroplanes, trains and buses. Hostels are normally the best place as backpackers spend lots of time in them to relax.

Europe is also very safe so you need not worry on that front. Of course every city has it’s undesirable parts but as long as these are avoided you should not come in to any danger at all. If you are still in minds then do it! It’s not something you will regret!
